Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Become a member of the initial core team dedicated to developing AI-driven products for a private market intelligence platform.

• Shape product vision through strategic planning and hands-on design implementation.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams in a remote setting, enjoying high ownership and autonomy.

• Play a key role in defining the overall design and product trajectory of the client’s offerings.

• Create and deliver high-quality product enhancements from initial concepts to final UI designs.

• Work in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Design to establish product strategy and prioritize execution.

• Conduct user research to develop a data-informed understanding of users and their workflows.

• Contribute to and advance the design system ecosystem.

• Enhance and optimize collaboration workflows between design and engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing intricate workflows for enterprise SaaS products or B2B services.

• Expertise in end-to-end product design, from initial concepts through to high-fidelity prototypes.

• Proficient in interaction design to streamline complex user journeys and workflows.

• Experience in constructing and scaling effective design systems.

• Ability to rapidly prototype using AI tools and/or frontend coding.

• Experience in integrating AI tools into everyday design practices.

• Strong user research capabilities and a data-centric understanding of user workflows.

• Strategic problem-solving skills and product thinking to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable solutions.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.

• High standards for visual design excellence and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills and experience in enhancing design-to-engineering workflows.

• Preferred: Practical experience in developing agentic products.

• Familiarity with fintech, blockchain, or Web3 environments.

• A keen interest in how AI is transforming product development and user experiences.

• Experience in design leadership or team lead roles, including mentoring and steering design direction.
