This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Integrate artificial intelligence tools into current .NET and C++ applications.
• Develop, train, and optimize methodologies on Windows operating systems.
• Create interfaces and wrappers for interaction with models within the applications.
• Manage deployment processes, including installers and updates.
• Oversee and sustain AI components to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with both software engineers and AI engineers.
• Extensive experience in .NET (C#) and C++ development.
• Knowledge of AI/ML model management, particularly with an emphasis on open-source solutions.
• Experience in the conception, training, optimization, and fine-tuning of machine learning algorithms, such as neural networks.
• Familiarity with cutting-edge technology in Generative AI, including large language models.
• Experience with advanced sandboxing solutions.
• Capability to enhance models for CPU/GPU performance on Windows.
• Proficient in packaging and deploying software in offline environments.
• Solid understanding of performance tuning and resource management.
• Familiarity with fundamental MLOps concepts related to versioning and testing.
