📋 Description

• Accountable for examining both leased and owned property documents while ensuring the integrity of essential location data.

• Conduct quality control audits on documentation related to lease agreements.

• Guarantee adherence to appropriate document management protocols.

• Analyze client invoices and perform desktop audits.

• Handle dispute resolution with landlords regarding any discrepancies.

• Support the preparation of financial and critical date reports for client presentations.

• Supervise special projects as requested by clients or leadership.

• Mentor new associates and foster relationships with landlords and tenants.

• Understanding of financial concepts.
