Senior Physical Security Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the design and installation of physical security projects across North America.

• Managing every phase of the project, from the initial engagement to project completion.

• Supervising the scheduling, status updates, and tracking of essential project tasks, issues, and deliverables.

• Preparing, issuing, and overseeing Request for Proposal (RFP) documents related to security system installations.

• Conducting security site assessments for potential client properties and evaluating proposed design concepts.

• Keeping clients updated on project progress, including budget, timeline, issues, etc.

• Participating in regular project design and construction meetings.

• Performing on-site inspections during construction and installation phases, along with final acceptance testing of completed system installations.

• Generating project status reports and issue documentation, meeting with client stakeholders on a weekly basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally in consulting with external clients on complex, fast-paced projects.

• Familiarity with low voltage and physical security technologies and design principles.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with Studio and Bluebeam is advantageous.

• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and QuickBase.

• Proven ability to communicate and present complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, in both verbal and written formats.

• Demonstrated skill in identifying critical path activities, prioritizing tasks and deliverables, and ensuring consistent progress.
