Senior PHP Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor developers to produce high-quality web applications.

• Architect, develop, and sustain efficient and scalable backend systems utilizing PHP and Symfony.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers.

• Perform code reviews and uphold coding standards to guarantee performance, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

• Keep abreast of technology trends and consistently enhance development processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Senior PHP Developer or Full Stack Developer.

• Strong expertise in PHP and a comprehensive understanding of backend best practices.

• Demonstrated experience with the Symfony framework.

• Solid knowledge of MySQL and ORM frameworks, preferably Doctrine.

• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative setting.

• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is an advantage.

• Experience in agile or distributed teams is a plus.
