• Act as the main technical liaison and platform authority for technology and solution partners.
• Oversee partner onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing enablement programs.
• Create and present solution workshops, technical certifications, and best practice documentation.
• Assist partners in crafting scalable, impactful programs for shared customers.
• Work collaboratively with partners to establish and develop a joint go-to-market strategy.
• Convert customer and partner needs into tangible outcomes.
• Coordinate with Product, Professional Services, and Sales teams to prioritize partner-driven roadmap initiatives.
• Support partner-influenced opportunities through demonstrations, proof-of-value sessions, and ROI workshops.
• Train partners on how to position and technically validate Cresta alongside their own offerings and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and partner Sales teams to facilitate partner efforts for both technical and solution partners.
• Provide technical assistance during partner-led sales processes, including demos, solution validation, and RFP submissions.
• Discover new joint use cases and industry-specific opportunities.
• Monitor and report on solution adoption and partner performance metrics.
• Identify technical gaps or pain points in partner implementations.
• Collaborate with enablement to create scalable training resources, customer and partner-facing materials, and sales tools.
• Collect structured feedback from partners to guide product enhancements.
• Ensure consistent quality in partner-led implementations.
• Over 6 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Customer Success, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of experience in the Contact Center industry.
• Experience collaborating with ISV, SI, and BPO partners within SaaS or enterprise technology settings.
• A strong desire to become a platform expert and offer technical advice.
• Capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication skills — capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly to various audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
