Senior Partner Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive project plans that encompass solution design, timeline estimation, task breakdown, and testing strategies.

• Offer daily assistance for technical inquiries from external partner stakeholders.

• Generate integration support materials and documentation for new products, launches, and features.

• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for both internal and external teams encountering technical issues.

• Provide insights on integration strategies, platform advancements, infrastructure, and tool selection to enhance user experience.

• Investigate the nexus between our commercial strategy and technical partnership capabilities.

• Assist in the internal creation of relevant external documentation to improve the overall partnership experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or any other customer-facing engineering position.

• Proficient in reading and comprehending multiple programming languages.

• Familiar with Ecommerce technologies and data structures.

• Knowledgeable in JSON, HTML, REST API, and Webhook technologies.

• Acquainted with concepts such as integrating UX elements with backend services, frameworks, and third-party developer APIs.

• Experienced with alerting and monitoring tools and applications.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, strong project management expertise, and the capacity to influence both internal and external stakeholders to adhere to timelines.

• A passion and commitment to improving consumer banking.

• Preferred: experience and understanding of various Partner Types (e.g., Ecommerce Platforms, Payment Processors, Payment Gateways, and Wallets).
