Senior Ops Co-ordinator, AI FIRST

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Ordering artwork and albums

• Oversee in-studio inventory systems and manage ordering

• Maintain CRM accuracy in GoHighLevel and ClickUp

• Manage relationships with vendors

• Operations and systems with an AI-first approach

• Source, order, and track custom artwork and albums with no errors or delays

• Keep precise inventory records and prevent avoidable stockouts

• Execute daily CRM maintenance in GoHighLevel and ClickUp, ensuring smooth transitions to the UK team

• Utilize AI to enhance speed and accuracy, while manually verifying critical details

• Adhere strictly to SOPs and iteratively improve them

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in operations or administrative roles (not generic virtual assistant tasks)

• Solid experience with platforms such as GoHighLevel and ClickUp

• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, data cleansing, tracking)

• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for daily tasks

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional working environment

• Availability for UK-aligned hours, specifically from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM PHT
