Senior Onboarding Analyst – Fluent English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive onboarding projects for medium to large clients, including international accounts;

• Serve as PMO, ensuring governance, adherence to timelines, risk management, and quality of delivery;

• Develop and implement execution plans (kick-off, scheduling, milestones, go-live);

• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, global and regional teams);

• Analyze and re-engineer Travel & Expense processes, pinpointing gaps and potential improvements;

• Ensure seamless integration between various systems (VOLL, payment methods, ERPs);

• Assist in defining and implementing global travel policies;

• Track onboarding success metrics (SLAs, adoption rates, stability, client satisfaction);

• Address and resolve critical issues and escalations;

• Advocate for standardization and ongoing enhancement of onboarding processes;

• Conduct training and enablement sessions for users and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in customer onboarding/implementations, functioning as PMO;

• Demonstrated experience in Travel & Expense / corporate travel;

• Experience with global accounts and operating in multinational settings;

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday, Jira);

• Understanding of corporate payment methods (cards, VCN, invoiced/billed payments);

• Familiarity with system integrations and travel platforms (OBTs, ERPs);

• Fluent in English (required) – experience collaborating with global stakeholders;

• Spanish language skills (a plus).
