Senior Network Deployment Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Leading the design, architecture, and optimization of networking infrastructure and devices in large-scale data centers and/or offices.

• Managing the complete site deployment lifecycle from initial requirements to operational transfer.

• Collaborating with cross-functional IT, security, and facility teams, as well as external vendors.

• Enforcing and upholding comprehensive technical documentation and architectural standards.

• Creating Python and/or Ansible scripts to facilitate network automation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of networking (routing, switching) at a minimum of a Professional level.

• Profound understanding of large-scale data center and/or office networking, demonstrated by at least 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in this field.

• Practical experience with Cisco, Arista, Mist, Aruba, or Cumulus Linux platforms.

• Familiarity with network designs including EVPN/VXLAN fabrics.

• Expertise in Network Access Control and authentication protocols such as 802.1X, RADIUS, and TACACS+.

• Experience in network troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience with advanced network automation utilizing tools like Ansible or Python.

• Knowledge of Linux and Bash.

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
