Senior .NET Developer Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide a team of developers on a daily basis

• Design and implement features from inception to completion

• Manage the code review process while adhering to established quality standards

• Collaborate with our entire Agile team, including designers, PMs, QA, and Product Managers

• Engage directly with client stakeholders

• Continuously pursue personal and professional growth

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in .NET and Angular development

• Proficient in .NET Core and Angular frameworks

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams

• Comfortable conducting code reviews

• Experience in a fully Agile work environment

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels

• Must be based in the U.S. and eligible to work without sponsorship
