Senior Mobile App Engineer, Android

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Design and create high-quality, efficient, and dependable Android applications;

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features;

• Evaluate business requirements and convert them into technical tasks;

• Produce clean, maintainable, and reusable code;

• Develop automated tests to guarantee the quality of applications;

• Continuously assess and enhance application performance, stability, and security;

• Engage in code reviews to maintain code quality standards;

• Cultivate a positive and cooperative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of professional experience in native Android application development using Kotlin;

• Familiarity with the MVVM architectural pattern;

• Experience utilizing Jetpack components;

• Proficiency in Kotlin Coroutines and Kotlin Serialization;

• Strong grasp of SOLID principles;

• Experience in building complex and optimized user interfaces;

• Knowledge of Material Design Guidelines and fundamental UX principles;

• Published applications on Google Play;

• Self-sufficiency and a strong sense of accountability;

• Willingness to complete a test assignment.

• **Nice to have:**

• Experience with Jetpack Compose;

• Work samples available on GitHub / Bitbucket;

• Experience with Flutter, MPP, or React Native;

• Experience in developing custom libraries / SDKs.
