Senior ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and deploy scalable machine learning models for OCR, document comprehension, and voice processing.

• Research and implement algorithms to extract structured data from unstructured documents and audio sources.

• Optimize and refine models to ensure real-world performance and dependability.

• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production workflows.

• Analyze model outputs, conduct error analysis, and rapidly iterate based on results and feedback.

• Document methodologies, experiments, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–9 years of experience in machine learning engineering or research.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions for OCR, NLP, document processing, and/or speech/voice technologies.

• Proficient in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Solid understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Capability to analyze large datasets, develop metrics, and troubleshoot complex machine learning pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru or NYC.
