This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create high-quality scientific content that underpins strategic communication efforts across various therapeutic areas.
• Develop materials such as slide decks, executive summaries, and meeting documents, ensuring that all outputs are polished and scientifically sound.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical, editorial, and client representatives, to craft clear and persuasive narratives.
• Assist in the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review process by addressing feedback, making necessary revisions, and ensuring adherence to all guidelines.
• Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, or PhD)
• Over 2 years of experience in a medical communications agency or a comparable setting
• Strong background in creating scientific content across various formats (e.g., slide decks, publications, summaries)
• Proven ability to conduct thorough literature searches and synthesize findings effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word®, PowerPoint®, Excel®, Adobe Acrobat®, and reference management tools (e.g., EndNote®)
• Experience in participating in or supporting MLR review processes
