This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of and implement Project Farma’s communications strategy, ensuring it aligns with business priorities, service offerings, and organizational growth objectives.
• Act as a marketing business partner for leadership, business development, and client engagement teams to enhance messaging related to consulting services, capabilities, and strategic initiatives.
• Simplify complex technical and professional services into clear, actionable messaging tailored for internal audiences and business enablement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency between communications and external campaigns, thought leadership, and brand positioning.
• Assist leadership with communications, including executive messaging, organizational updates, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee communication campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring timely, relevant, and targeted information reaches employees.
• Manage town halls and leadership meetings, including the development of run-of-show, presentation content, and execution.
• Enhance employee understanding of Project Farma’s services, value proposition, and its role within the larger organization through focused communications.
• Contribute to go-to-market readiness by ensuring internal teams have access to clear and consistent messaging.
• Aid in creating presentations, enablement materials, and communications related to business growth and client engagement efforts.
• Monitor and assess engagement across internal communication channels, recommending enhancements based on data and insights.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to editorial standards across all organizational communications.
• Develop and sustain communication channels that effectively reach a geographically dispersed workforce.
• Collect project requirements and convert them into actionable plans; collaborate with marketing and project teams to deliver communication initiatives on schedule.
• Document and continuously refine communication processes throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing communications.
• Experience in a professional services, consulting, or life sciences services organization is essential.
• Proven ability to convey complex technical or consulting services into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Experience in supporting marketing, business development, or go-to-market initiatives through communications.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
