Senior Manager – SAP PTP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the SAP Procure to Pay functional area, collaborating with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and their teams to identify and prioritize the process requirements of Curtiss-Wright, while also supporting legacy processes and application integration.

• Design and lead the global solution strategy for SAP S/4HANA Procurement within Curtiss-Wright’s Defense Electronics segment, ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide procurement standards and templates.

• Manage the complete SAP Procurement solution architecture, covering Sourcing & Contract Management, Operational Procurement, Supplier Management, and Invoice-to-Pay, to guarantee consistency and harmonization across different business units.

• Act as a consultant to business Procurement teams, providing insights on advanced SAP S/4HANA procurement functionalities and aiding in the development and upkeep of the procurement systems roadmap.

• Spearhead the design and standardization of global templates for Procure to Pay, balancing the specific needs of segments (such as Defense Electronics) with the goal of maintaining enterprise-wide consistency.

• Offer expert guidance and support for application management processes and defect resolution within the Procure to Pay area.

• Develop and maintain process and technical documentation, including functional and technical specifications, as well as end-user training materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.

• 15-20+ years of experience with SAP ERP, including proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Core Procure to Pay processes.

• At least 3 years of full life-cycle implementation experience in SAP Procure to Pay.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Core and the S/4HANA Core data model.

• Practical experience in the design, configuration, and support of Procure to Pay processes, including their integration with SAP Order to Cash, SAP Production Planning, and SAP Finance.

• Familiarity with SAP Data objects specifically within the PTP domain, along with their configuration and issue management.

• Over 5 years of experience in providing leadership, direction, or portfolio-level oversight to a technical or functional team.

• Strong leadership and ownership abilities to effectively guide the team.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong ethical framework, coupled with a team-oriented mindset.
