This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for the development of Aftermarket processes and integration with SAP ERP.
• Ensure the smooth incorporation of Aftermarket processes into the SAP ERP system, aligning functionalities with business requirements.
• Effectively communicate with VPs and senior leadership regarding the status of projects, their benefits, and strategic implications.
• Identify and manage risks associated with changes in Aftermarket MRO tool execution processes.
• Ensure that Aftermarket process maps conform to industry best practices and address the specific needs of RTX business units.
• Lead change management initiatives to promote the successful adoption of new systems and processes by Aftermarket teams.
• Leverage SAP S4 technology to uncover opportunities for process enhancement and workflow optimization.
• Manage relationships with SAP ERP vendors to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Proactively address risks related to SAP ERP implementations, ensuring compliance with regulations and data security standards.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of SAP S4 initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and at least 7 years of experience OR, in the absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in leading large-scale projects and complex initiatives related to Aftermarket operations, SAP ERP systems, and related domains.
• Experience in supporting cross-functional teams and offering regular project updates to executive leaders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% during the project lifecycle.
• Previous experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team building, conflict resolution, and performance management.
