Senior Manager, SAP DT Lead – Business Transformation

📋 Description

• Act as the Finance Digital Technology Lead for Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture initiatives, along with all system migration-related tasks.

• Oversee cross-functional teams involved in Merger, Divestiture, and Acquisition projects, including the financial transition from legacy systems to the Raytheon DOD enterprise financial application.

• Serve as the main Digital Technology point of contact for the Finance ERP system, collaborating with multiple Agile Release Trains to align on specific Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture project strategies.

• Lead a team of technical experts, tackle complex challenges, foster collaboration, manage conflicts, and build trust within the team.

• Ensure that solutions align with internal consumer requirements and Service Level Agreements; achieve compliance with Department of Defense (DOD) standards and Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) guidelines.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the entire RTX application portfolio and how our application ecosystem supports business processes and policies.

• Manage daily operations for the Digital Technology Professionals assisting with Business Unit Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture projects.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Services to enhance and refine Enterprise Services Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10+ years of leadership and SAP expertise within the Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), or finance, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education in lieu of a degree.

• Proven experience leading multiple SAP ERP/ECC & S/4HANA agile teams in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency in project management and agile methodologies.

• Competent in implementing the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) system, applying agile, lean, and DevOps practices at scale.

• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry.

• Working knowledge of DOD Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and DFARS Billing Regulations.

• Experience with SAP HR, Project, Controlling, and/or Finance modules.

• Proven track record of migrating from other financial systems into the SAP environment.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Tool Suite, particularly MS Project.
