Senior Manager, Regulatory Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the complete preparation and submission of our regulatory reports (including Pillar 1, EU and German statistical reporting, Pillar 2, transaction reporting, and more), guaranteeing precision and punctuality.

• You will analyze and evaluate the strategic implications of new regulatory requirements to ensure our reporting processes remain fully compliant.

• You will take charge of the ongoing enhancement, automation, and transformation of our processes, controls, and data quality.

• You will assume full responsibility for regulatory reporting components in high-impact, cross-functional projects — such as new product launches or expansion into new geographic markets.

• You will serve as a primary contact for internal and external auditors as well as regulators regarding regulatory reporting and associated matters.

• You will offer mentorship and technical support to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.

• Familiarity with reporting processes necessary for market-making activities is preferred.

• A degree in finance, accounting, law, or a related field.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, with strong communication and analytical abilities.

• Comfortable working with large datasets and ideally experienced with SQL.

• Prior experience with the Regnology/Abacus platform is advantageous.

• Capable of working independently and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and German.
