📋 Description

• Create and enhance market-level strategies aimed at boosting growth, retention, performance improvement, and expansion within Oscar's product offerings.

• Collaborate closely with peers in insurance products, finance, actuarial science, network management, clinical teams, sales, and market leadership to evaluate market dynamics.

• Convert complex data and market insights into straightforward recommendations that aid in executive decision-making.

• Direct strategic analyses and cross-functional initiatives focused on market expansion, portfolio optimization, and growth opportunities specific to various segments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree.

• More than 6 years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, insurance products, market strategy, or related fields.

• Experience in supporting ACA/QHP health insurance markets.

• Proven track record in leading cross-functional programs within a matrixed organization.

• Openness to travel up to 25% of the time.
