This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +4 more states.
• Formulate and implement extensive digital marketing strategies that align with the growth objectives of the organization.
• Oversee and direct key digital functions such as Data & Analytics and CRM Lifecycle & Marketing Automation.
• Manage performance across SEO, AEO, GEO, and various paid media channels, including LinkedIn and search engines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, marketing, and product departments.
• Ensure seamless integration among digital channels, Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
• Utilize data, AI, and predictive insights to enhance performance and inform decision-making.
• Remain updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI-enhanced marketing capabilities.
• Continuously seek opportunities to boost efficiency, scalability, and marketing effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to marketing regulations and international data privacy standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; Master’s degree is preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams across analytics, CRM, or marketing automation functions.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools such as Pardot.
• Proven ability to manage SEO, paid search, and paid social campaigns effectively.
• Strong grasp of AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search optimization tactics.
• Experience working with analytics platforms and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and campaign execution.
• Experience in leveraging AI tools and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and global marketing compliance standards.
