This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the DevOps roadmap encompassing CI/CD, infrastructure automation, release processes, and environment management, focusing on engineering speed, reliability, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead the DevOps team in close collaboration with Engineering, SRE, Platform, and Product teams to eliminate production bottlenecks and elevate automation standards throughout the organization.
• Foster resilient multi-cloud practices across AWS and GCP, promoting infrastructure as code (IaC), Kubernetes-based delivery, and contemporary operational tools.
• Enhance observability, uptime discipline, and incident response while spearheading cloud cost and capacity optimization initiatives as our platform expands.
• Develop team capabilities, oversee project plans, and cultivate a high-accountability engineering culture that evolves alongside company requirements.
• Assess and implement AI-driven DevOps tools to enhance deployment, monitoring, and incident response processes.
• Utilize AI and machine learning solutions for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, capacity planning, and root-cause analysis.
• Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for AI-enabled infrastructure and operations.
• Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to boost operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Over 6 years of experience leading teams in DevOps, cloud operations, or platform engineering, with direct responsibility for performance and delivery.
• A robust background in managing large-scale SaaS platforms using AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems.
• Practical experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), scripting languages (Python or Go), observability platforms, and incident management practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools for code generation, documentation, knowledge management, and operational support.
• Demonstrated ability to assess emerging AI technologies and facilitate the adoption of practical AI solutions that enhance team efficiency and operational results.
