Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery): Develop, maintain, and enhance automated pipelines for building, testing, and deployment, ensuring agile, secure, and frequent releases.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision, manage, and advance cloud infrastructure using versioned code to guarantee standardization and consistency across all environments.

• Orchestration and Containers: Design, support, and optimize the container ecosystem, establishing effective deployment strategies (e.g., Blue-Green, Canary) and ensuring high availability.

• Security and DevSecOps: Embed security practices and validations throughout the development lifecycle (shift-left), managing secrets, access policies, and automated vulnerability analysis such as SAST and DAST.

• DevOps Culture and Collaboration: Actively collaborate with development teams to remove operational bottlenecks, fostering autonomy, agility, and knowledge sharing across engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in infrastructure roles with a strong emphasis on automation and an agile culture.

• Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines).

• Comprehensive knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with practical, hands-on experience using tools like Terraform and Ansible.

• Extensive experience in Cloud Computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure), along with a deep understanding of networking architecture, security, and managed services.

• Proficient in orchestration and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm).

• Strong knowledge and experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and scripting for automation (Bash, Python, Go, Node.js, etc.).

• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools (secret management, vulnerability scanning, and static code analysis).
