• Define and take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for Bluehost's agentic developer platform, which encompasses AI Agents, MCP-native tools, and vibe-coded App infrastructure.
• Create unique positioning and messaging that resonates with developers who are building and hosting autonomous, AI-driven experiences on Bluehost.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact developer segments — including SMB developers, agencies, indie hackers, and AI-native creators — and customize GTM strategies accordingly.
• Keep a pulse on the competitive developer platform landscape and continuously refine Bluehost's position against new agentic infrastructure entrants.
• Build and nurture a vibrant developer community around Bluehost's agentic platform through programs, forums, events, and ambassador networks.
• Design and facilitate developer programs, including early access, beta initiatives, hackathons, and advisory councils.
• Identify, recruit, and support developer advocates and technical champions who can genuinely represent Bluehost within the broader agentic ecosystem.
• Foster strategic partnerships with AI tool providers, framework communities, and developer platforms to broaden Bluehost's ecosystem presence.
• Manage the developer content strategy — encompassing documentation, tutorials, quick starts, sample applications, and API references — to enable developers to build and deploy more efficiently on Bluehost.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to translate agentic capabilities (e.g., MCP integration, agent orchestration, tool-use APIs) into clear and engaging narratives for developers.
• Develop technical use cases and reference architectures that demonstrate the potential of Bluehost's agentic infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional developer launches — from private beta to general availability — ensuring strong developer adoption, activation, and ongoing engagement.
• Define and monitor developer-specific success metrics, including registrations, API activations, time-to-first-call, and contributions to the ecosystem.
• Design onboarding experiences and activation sequences that minimize friction and expedite the transition from signup to a deployed agentic application.
• Collaborate with Growth and Lifecycle teams to create developer acquisition and retention strategies across online, community, and partnership channels.
• Represent Bluehost at significant developer conferences, AI summits, and agentic platform events — including through speaking engagements, sponsorships, and hands-on workshops.
• Plan and execute developer events owned by Bluehost, such as virtual demos, office hours, and collaborative build sessions.
• Enhance Bluehost's presence and credibility in agentic developer communities, including GitHub, Hugging Face, Discord, and developer-centric social media channels.
• Shape external narratives around Bluehost's agentic platform vision through thought leadership, public relations, and developer-focused content.
• 8-10+ years of experience in developer marketing, developer relations, or technical product marketing, preferably within an AI, agentic, or developer platform organization.
• Comprehensive understanding of how developers discover, assess, and adopt new platforms and APIs — particularly with respect to agentic and AI-native tools.
• Technical fluency that allows for credible engagement with developers: comfortable reading code, understanding APIs, SDKs, and MCP-style integrations, as well as articulating architectural trade-offs.
• Proven success in building and scaling developer communities, programs, and ecosystems from inception.
• Experience in launching developer-facing products or platforms and driving measurable adoption, activation, and engagement.
• Strong content instincts — capable of developing and overseeing technical tutorials, documentation, use cases, and developer narratives that resonate with builders.
• Data-driven mindset for evaluating developer program effectiveness, with experience in defining and tracking developer funnel KPIs.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable partnering with Marketing, Engineering, Product, AI/Data, and GTM teams.
