Senior Manager, Compliance Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reporting directly to the Director of Compliance Services and the Editor of Compliance Digest

• Function as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for the Stakeholder Engagement (SE) platform

• Serve as a strategic consultant to clients and an internal thought leader throughout the organization

• Analyze the changing compliance landscape, providing clients with guidance on best practices

• Ensure that the SE product aligns with regulatory standards and meets customer requirements

• Collaborate closely with Implementation, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to promote excellence in service delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree or relevant certification (HCCP, RAC, etc.) is preferred

• At least 5 years of experience in the life sciences sector in one or more of the following fields:

• Commercial compliance

• Medical or commercial operations

• Transparency/aggregate spend

• HCP/HCO engagement management

• Experience in a customer-facing or advisory position is highly preferred

• Extensive knowledge of U.S. and/or global laws, regulations, and industry codes governing interactions with HCPs/HCOs (e.g., OIG, PhRMA, AdvaMed, EFPIA, Sunshine Act)

• Familiarity with compliance technologies (e.g., engagement management, transparency reporting, CRM, workflow tools) is an advantage
