Senior Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assume a pivotal role in influencing the strategic direction of machine learning infrastructure.

• Lead the creation of solutions that improve performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Guarantee the smooth deployment of models tailored for production settings.

• Supervise the creation of intricate machine learning pipelines.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to foresee future requirements and implement sustainable solutions.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to mid-level Machine Learning Engineers.

• Carry out thorough code reviews and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Showcase innovative solutions to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in cloud technologies (preferably AWS).

• Extensive background in containerization and orchestration (ideally Kubernetes).

• Profound knowledge of software development, DevOps, and MLOps best practices.

• Significant experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable models and services in production settings.

• Strong grasp of Machine Learning concepts.

• Familiarity with MLflow for experiment tracking and model management.

• Experience with Airflow or Dagster for managing ML pipelines.

• Considerable experience in Data Engineering, Kafka, and stream processing.

• Proficient in Python and SQL; knowledge of additional programming languages is highly advantageous.
