Senior Localization Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• In your role as a Fullstack Engineer on the Localization team, you will be responsible for managing the internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) frameworks that guarantee products operate flawlessly across various markets.

• Automating Workflows: Set up localization tools and create automated translation pipelines to facilitate efficient international growth.

• Full-Stack Development: Utilize JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js to develop and sustain the software tools that deliver a consistent localized experience across all products.

• Data Engineering: Construct and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to oversee operational health and detect localization trends.

• CI/CD & Testing: Collaborate within GitHub Actions-based CI and testing frameworks, and leverage Ember.js to ensure ongoing localization of product experiences.

• Infrastructure Management: Apply your knowledge of UNIX systems, Terraform, and Kubernetes to support the foundational cloud infrastructure of the localization platform.

• AI & Scripting: Employ Python and Bash scripting—along with AI-driven translation services and LLMs—to enhance translation efficiency and accuracy.

• Issue Resolution: Take ownership of the complete triage and prioritization of bugs, conducting thorough investigations to ensure effective error resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software localization and internationalization.

• More than 3 years of expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics, or equivalent experience.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to recognize patterns in complex data.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities to support non-technical team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
