This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Review all loan applications prior to submission to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lender policies.
• Evaluate deal structure, serviceability, and documentation in line with specific lender requirements.
• Identify and address issues before lodgement to minimize reworks, delays, and declines.
• Collaborate with brokers to request any missing information or highlight structural concerns promptly.
• Assume complete responsibility for the post-lodgement pipeline from submission to settlement.
• Actively follow up with lenders for updates, approvals, and any outstanding conditions.
• Convey deal progress to clients and brokers promptly and professionally.
• Raise any delays or issues early and oversee them through to resolution.
• Keep accurate and current deal status records within the CRM.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the lodgement-to-settlement process.
• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of team SOPs and checklists.
• Ensure adherence to Australian Privacy Act obligations and requirements of credit licensees.
• Support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in deal quality and turnaround times.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage broking, loan processing, or credit assessment.
• Strong understanding of residential lending policies across major Australian lenders.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, preferably Infynity or comparable mortgage broking tools.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze a credit file and detect structural or compliance issues.
• Proven track record of independently managing a loan pipeline from lodgement through to settlement.
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
