This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Oversee the learning requests from initial discovery to final execution.
• Act as the main contact for incoming learning requests across various functional academies.
• Conduct discovery discussions to grasp business objectives, audience requirements, timelines, constraints, and desired results.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on the most effective learning strategies, including existing materials, custom development, blended solutions, or external programs.
• Convert intricate or changing requests into practical, scalable learning solutions with clearly outlined requirements.
• Bring organization and clarity to fast-paced projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Collaborate with internal design, development, LMS, and delivery teams to steer execution from intake to rollout.
• Ensure alignment of requirements, storyboards, timelines, and deliverables before initiating work.
• Manage custom learning development requests and maintain progress across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Connect stakeholders, teams, and processes to guarantee smooth execution and consistent learning experiences.
• Assist in coordinating external vendors and learning partners as necessary.
• Identify and curate pertinent learning content from LMS platforms and internal libraries.
• Collaborate with LMS administrators to oversee course assignments, enrollments, learner groups, and audience tracking.
• Support live and virtual learning sessions through scheduling, communication, and learner coordination.
• Keep organized learning resources aligned with academy and business priorities.
• Develop and manage communication plans for learning launches and ongoing engagement initiatives.
• Write learner-facing communications and updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate approvals, rollout activities, timelines, and interdependencies across teams.
• 5–8 years of experience in learning consulting, learning operations, program management, L&D, or similar fields.
• Significant experience collaborating directly with stakeholders to understand their needs, propose solutions, and achieve results.
• Ability to lead discovery discussions and transform business needs into actionable learning strategies.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams across learning design, delivery, LMS, or communications workstreams.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with a knack for managing multiple initiatives at once.
• Clear and concise communication skills in written, verbal, and stakeholder-facing interactions.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, learner coordination, and content management processes.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and uncertainty.
