
Senior Lead SAP Security, Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle of SAP Security at Curtiss-Wright.
• Design, configure, and communicate SAP user management and security matrices across SAP solutions.
• Assess application security exposure risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Establish SAP Security methodologies, role designs, authorization concepts, and user provisioning.
• Collaborate with the SAP team to conduct and manage audit reviews.
• Design, deploy, support, build, implement, and maintain SAP Security roles and profiles across S/4 landscapes.
• Maintain S/4 Security roles and assignments in response to evolving access requirements.
• Analyze information security and business data to evaluate the security risk posture.
• Integrate information security with business strategies and operational requirements.
• Drive remediation plans for audit and compliance findings.
• Foster relationships with senior management and executive teams.
• Create and maintain technical and policy documentation.
• Act as the subject matter expert in SAP Security.
• Respond to and follow up on security-related tickets.
• Suggest future strategies based on changing business needs.
• Provide technical support for SAP instance errors, issues, and inquiries.
• Assist management during IT audits and ensure compliance with change control policies.
• Develop, implement, and analyze change and access controls and processes.
• Help document key business processes.
• Support ITSM tools for change management, CMDB, security, and testing.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Security, or a related field.
• 15 or more years of experience in SAP Security, risk, and compliance.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP Security, risk, and compliance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
• Understanding of information security management principles.
• Knowledge of SAP application security methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in defining SAP Security approaches, role design, authorization concepts, and user provisioning.
• Strong teamwork, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently.
• SAP and Security certifications are advantageous.
• Role may require exposure to export-controlled information and additional security screening.
