Senior Java AI Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop AI-driven enterprise solutions

• Design agentic frameworks, AI agents, and intelligent workflows

• Architect and scale systems utilizing Java, platform engineering, and DevOps methodologies

• Incorporate AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, APIs) into current platforms

• Work with stakeholders to promote practical adoption of AI

• Play a role in influencing the direction of AI in a dynamic and uncertain landscape

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Java architecture and backend systems

• Strong foundation in platform engineering and DevOps

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI (LLMs, agents, workflows, etc.)

• Experience in developing enterprise-level AI applications

• Capability to connect AI concepts with production-ready implementations

• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred
