This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor responsible for managing dedicated customer accounts, providing exceptional experiences that foster trust and ensure high satisfaction levels across all organizational tiers.

• Analyze dark web information and customize threat intelligence for CAO Elite customers based on their unique needs and environments.

• Regularly prepare and present intelligence reports and dark web alerts to customers.

• Collaborate with various CrowdStrike teams to create and execute innovative solutions that surpass customer expectations, concentrating on delivering outstanding results even when faced with intricate challenges.

• Address customer inquiries related to threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the following areas:

• Cyber Threat Intelligence

• Digital Risk Monitoring

• Third-party Risk Management

• Understanding of cyber threat intelligence tradecraft, terminology, lifecycle, and all-source analysis.

• Knowledge of dark and deep web ecosystems, including threat actors, forums, leak sites, malware, and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a customer-centric team environment, sharing insights and supporting peers while maintaining strong individual accountability for assigned tasks.

• Technical knowledge of security across various cloud environments (production, development, isolated workspaces) with particular expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms, their interconnected ecosystems, and unique security vulnerabilities.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to convey both executive-level and detailed technical insights to customers.

• Experience in presenting, briefing, and delivering reports to stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executives.

• Interest in how AI, machine learning, and autonomous agents can improve threat intelligence analysis and customer outcomes.

• Ability to troubleshoot and develop customer solutions in a dynamic environment.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Flexible and eager to learn new technologies.

• Willingness to travel on short notice, up to 5% of the time.
