Senior Intelligence Analyst – DPRK Mission

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor adversary campaigns, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)

• Produce high-quality written reports in both short and long formats independently

• Generate reports from various sources with minimal factual inaccuracies

• Actively participate in inter-team discussions, including leading and participating in groups

• Identify intelligence gaps and suggest research projects to mitigate collection shortfalls

• Regularly review reporting from team members as a peer

• Lead and engage in analytic discussions

• Prioritize, categorize, and address requests for information from both internal and external clients

• Identify and support customer engagements and requests as instructed

• Independently conduct briefings for various levels of customers

• Spot opportunities for automation and process enhancements

• Monitor DPRK-related financial operations

• Develop and sustain technical infrastructure tracking for DPRK-linked adversaries

• Facilitate team knowledge transfer through peer review and mentorship of junior analysts


⛳️ Requirements

• Self-driven professional with over 3 years of experience in a threat intelligence setting

• Advanced understanding of threat intelligence research, collection tools, and analytical tradecraft

• Proven capability to identify, organize, catalog, and track adversary tradecraft trends — often with incomplete information

• Demonstrated ability to produce a consistent flow of high-quality intelligence products under tight deadlines independently

• Strong grasp of technical concepts related to cyber threat research and the ability to effectively convey these concepts in written reports

• Capability to perform technical analysis of the tools and tactics used by threat actors

• Proven proficiency with infrastructure tracking tools (e.g., Censys, VirusTotal, DomainTools, Netflow, or similar)

• Demonstrated experience in effectively coordinating research projects and written outputs among various subject matter experts and technical specialists

• Strong understanding and application of adversary attribution concepts

• Excellent knowledge of geopolitical issues pertaining to the DPRK

• Serves as a role model for analytical objectivity and independently resolves analytical disagreements

• Ability to serve as a reliable point of contact during high-pressure situations
