Senior Instructional Technologist – Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging, learner-focused eLearning experiences.

• Design interactive eLearning modules and microlearning resources.

• Convert instructional design briefs and product specifications into storyboards and scripts.

• Create multimedia components and perform content evaluations.

• Publish and manage courses within the LMS.

• Work alongside subject matter experts and assess learner feedback.

• Utilize AI-assisted authoring tools for streamlined content development.

• Document authoring standards and assist during live virtual sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a similar role.

• Practical experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia.

• Solid understanding of instructional design principles, learning objectives, and assessment strategies.

• Familiarity with publishing and managing content in an LMS and knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards.

• Basic multimedia skills including audio recording/editing and image management.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
