Senior HRIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Ensure timely responses to HRIS tickets.

• Create and present time reports for payroll purposes.

• Collaborate with developers on system interfaces.

• Lead and engage in a variety of HR projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in an HRIS role.

• Practical experience with UltiPro WFM and/or Kronos.

• Proficiency in HRIS reporting using UltiPro BI, PowerBI, and Crystal Reports.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Solid understanding of comprehensive HR processes.

• Experience within a global organization is preferred.
