Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the visual language (color, typography, layouts) while adhering to brand guidelines across web, email, and social platforms.

• Oversee visual concepts for product launches and seasonal campaigns, from mood boards to final deliverables.

• Create homepage banners, landing pages, paid and organic social media assets, and email marketing newsletters.

• Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney and Firefly for quick concept exploration and mood boarding, ensuring high aesthetic standards are met.

• Design various site and marketing-related materials, including banners, newsletters, advertisements, and social media content.

• Generate and implement innovative ideas, contributing concepts rather than solely executing production assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience, supported by a portfolio showcasing outstanding visual taste.

• Demonstrated experience in digital design (web, social media, email) and art direction for photoshoots.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Hands-on experience effectively utilizing AI design tools.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• A strong background in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium D2C brands is a plus.

• Experience in UI/UX (responsive layouts and flows) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Canva, or managing external production vendors is an asset.
