This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and enhance responsive web pages, campaign landing pages, and interactive UI components using Figma, while adhering to enterprise brand standards and best practices for WCAG web accessibility.
• Develop, modify, and publish responsive pages, campaign experiences, and reusable content modules within enterprise content management systems and marketing platforms.
• Aid in the creation of visual assets, alternative layouts, and call-to-action variants for multivariate and A/B testing initiatives across web landing pages and digital channels.
• Construct marketing and transactional email assets throughout their entire lifecycle, configure modular builders, generate A/B test variants, and perform pre-deployment rendering quality assurance across various email clients.
• Convert Figma components, interactive prototypes, and layout specifications into code-ready assets for Front-End Developers.
• Execute visual quality assurance and CMS testing to ensure component integrity and platform performance.
• Help maintain enterprise brand style guides, Figma component libraries, and Digital Asset Management platforms, ensuring organized asset versioning and publishing in Frontify.
• Manage multiple concurrent project timelines and adapt to shifting daily priorities effectively.
• Investigate and integrate emerging AI design and MarTech capabilities to boost design velocity, asset iteration, and production workflows.
• Collaborate with the Director of Brand Design and Senior Digital Designer.
• Work closely with front-end developers and members of the design and development team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field (e.g., Graphic/Visual Design, Interaction/UX Design, HCI), or equivalent experience.
• A portfolio that showcases work in responsive web design, landing pages, branding, and email design.
• 0–2 years of experience in digital/interactive design (or completion of an early-careers design internship).
• Proven experience designing according to brand guidelines and utilizing established Figma design systems (components, variants, libraries).
• Hands-on experience in assembling pages within a website CMS and using marketing application/email service provider editors (e.g., landing page and email builders).
• Experience supporting front-end developers in implementing designs, including assisting with specifications, basic prototypes, and asset quality assurance.
• Completion of the Summer 2026 Internship at Mercury Insurance.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop; basic motion design is a plus).
• Foundational understanding of UI craft including layout, typography, color, interaction patterns, and responsive behavior (including dark mode and email client constraints).
• Knowledge of core UX best practices (Information Architecture, user flows) and basic awareness of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiar with email/web testing tools (e.g., rendering QA software) and design considerations for performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; capable of managing multiple timelines under competing priorities.
• Task management experience using Monday.com: track work progress, manage personal timelines, update project statuses, and keep leadership informed.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and common web/email constraints; able to design within CMS, component, and ESP limitations to ensure feasibility, performance, and web accessibility.
