This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist in implementing Jabil’s Third-Party Integrity and compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with global governance and risk management frameworks.
• Aid in the creation and upkeep of dashboards and governance materials that monitor and convey compliance performance and fraud trends.
• Contribute to the design and execution of training and awareness initiatives regarding third-party fraud risks.
• Oversee third-party transactions and engagements for compliance risks (such as fraud, conflicts of interest, and unethical sourcing) and collaborate with the Global Ethics and Compliance Team for further investigation.
• Engage in third-party intelligence initiatives to help identify risk indicators.
• Support investigations into third-party irregularities and potential violations of policy, ensuring prompt mitigation and remediation actions.
• Assist the Global Ethics and Compliance Team in reporting crucial risk metrics and emerging trends to senior management.
• Collaborate with the Global Ethics and Compliance Team to evaluate significant findings from investigations and help pinpoint risk and control deficiencies for remediation.
• Conduct due diligence on government-facing responsibilities, including interactions with state-owned entities and politically exposed individuals, ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve compliance through automation, analytics, and system controls (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Spend Guard).
• Identify and propose process enhancements that boost efficiency and controls while preserving compliance integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications such as CFE, CIPS, CPSM preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in compliance, audit, procurement controls, or risk management.
• Familiarity with fraud detection tools, third-party management systems, and procurement-related technologies (e.g., Coupa Spend Guard, SAP Ariba).
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Polish is highly desirable.
