Senior Functional Analyst, Foreign Exchange

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the gathering and analysis of requirements in collaboration with business units.

• Develop functional specifications and technical documentation for various projects.

• Oversee and manage the scope of initiatives effectively.

• Engage in alignment meetings with stakeholders and technical teams.

• Assist in establishing business rules and functional workflows.

• Guarantee traceability of requirements and offer support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with development, testing, and maintenance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Functional Analyst.

• Proficiency in requirements elicitation and functional specification development.

• Experience in managing and controlling project scope.

• Required experience with Foreign Exchange (FX) solutions, products, or projects.

• Prior experience in financial institutions or regulated environments is essential.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset, well-organized, and capable of a systemic perspective.

• Preferred: Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Experience in digital transformation initiatives and system integration projects.
