📋 Description

• Become a part of a high-impact initiative focused on developing a cutting-edge unified pharmacy e-commerce platform.

• Achieve the delivery of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within a ~28-week timeframe in an Agile setting.

• Assess trade-offs, establish implementation methodologies, and provide guidance to fellow developers.

• Ensure the platform's performance, scalability, and security are upheld.

• Work alongside product teams, UX designers, and stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Provide support and mentorship to mid-level engineers.

• Play a role in enhancing engineering processes and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in software development.

• A senior-level background in full-stack development.

• Proficiency in Node.js / TypeScript with at least 4 years of experience.

• Proficient in React.js for at least 4 years.

• Strong command of JavaScript / TypeScript.

• Capability to work at an architect level.

• In-depth understanding of API design.

• Experienced in authentication/authorization and secure development practices.

• Familiarity with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.

• Ensure the platform's performance, scalability, and security are maintained.

• Experience in designing scalable, production-ready web applications.

• Comfortable with integrating third-party systems.

• Knowledge of cart and checkout processes.

• Strong engineering discipline.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.

• Ability to collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Engineering Leadership, Business Analysts, and QA engineers.

• Strong client-facing communication skills (English Upper-Intermediate+).

• A strong sense of ownership.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Capability to support and mentor mid-level engineers.
