This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take the lead in guiding the technical direction and implementation carried out by the entire team within a defined architecture, overseeing all phases from conceptualization to deployment.
• Assess trade-offs among correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact to ensure the development of optimal solutions, prioritizing client success.
• Develop and manage the team's technical documentation and repository practices, including tasks such as branch creation, pull requests, merges, and more.
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to oversee architecture and dependencies that impact product strategy and direction.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and resolving complex bug issues, emphasizing security, performance, and reliability.
• Provide mentorship to Junior Engineers on project teams, fostering the development of technical skills.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, demonstrating expertise in the specified technologies.
• Proficient in React.
• Skilled in .Net Core (C#).
• Familiarity with Azure is a plus.
• High proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with a globally distributed development team.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS and contemporary frontend development methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of React hooks, context, and state management (Redux / Zustand / Recoil).
• Advanced skills in CSS, including layouts, responsive design, CSS-in-JS, and design tokens.
• Experience with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack) and testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Solid background in developing backend services and RESTful / GraphQL APIs (*optional*) using .NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#).
• Proficient in C# language features, async/await patterns, and middleware pipelines.
• Good understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Practical experience with SQL Server, including modeling and Stored Procedures.
• Strong knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns, as well as SOLID principles and OWASP standards.
