Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of features and systems throughout the entire stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure, from defining problems to production deployment.

• Collaborate with product teams to clarify ambiguous scopes and deliver iterative, impactful releases.

• Make significant architectural and design decisions within your domain, articulating the rationale to enable the team to build upon it.

• Integrate advanced language models into enterprise customer workflows, prioritizing reliability and safety.

• Tackle complex engineering challenges, such as API performance, microservices, and scaling across various channels and brands.

• Oversee and enhance our AWS infrastructure with a DevOps mindset.

• Elevate the team's standards. Share your knowledge, provide thoughtful reviews, and assist teammates in their development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in software engineering, demonstrating genuine ownership of systems that you have deployed and managed in production.

• Proficient full-stack engineer with expertise in our core stack: Node.js, React, TypeScript, Express.

• Strong experience with AWS technologies (Fargate, Lambda, EC2, SQS) and databases like PostgreSQL and Redis.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar tools).

• Proven experience with microservices and scalable systems.

• Product-oriented mindset. You consider the implications of your code on customer outcomes and business results.

• Experience in deploying LLM-powered features to production is essential. You understand the challenges that arise when models interact with real users.

• High sense of ownership and direct communication. You take initiative, proactively resolve issues, and openly address when something isn’t functioning effectively.
