Senior FullStack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Architect & Scale: Create and develop highly scalable and dependable backend services utilizing Node.js, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch, while ensuring optimal indexing, sharding, and query performance.

• Frontend Development: Build and enhance user interfaces with Vue.js (or React/Angular) to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Event-Driven Systems: Design and execute real-time data processing pipelines using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

• Optimize Performance: Focus on autoscaling, database sharding, and indexing strategies to efficiently manage millions of transactions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and DevOps teams to align on vision, execution, and business objectives.

• Quality & Security: Develop secure, maintainable, and scalable codebases while adhering to the best practices in the industry.

• Code Reviews & Standards: Promote high engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices throughout the development team.

• Ownership & Delivery: Oversee timelines, manage deployments, and ensure seamless product releases with minimal downtime.

• Mentor: Lead a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development, clean architecture, and performance optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of practical software development experience.

• Strong expertise in Node.js, Vue.js (or React/Angular), MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.

• Proven experience in real-time data processing, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ), and event-driven architectures.

• Scalability expertise: Demonstrated ability to scale services to over 200k MAUs and manage high-throughput systems.

• Solid understanding of database sharding, indexing, and performance optimization.

• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and automated testing.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging capabilities.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills—capable of guiding engineers while collaborating with stakeholders.
