Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• - **Full-Stack Development:** Spearhead the design and execution of scalable features utilizing **React**, **Node.js**, and **TypeScript**, ensuring optimal performance and a fluid user experience.

• - **AI Integration:** Design and implement AI-driven functionalities that automate the evaluation of intricate data, thereby enhancing the core value proposition of the platform.

• - **Workflow Orchestration:** Leverage **n8n** to construct, manage, and refine complex automation workflows, linking various systems to optimize both internal and external processes.

• - **System Architecture:** Assume responsibility for the complete technical lifecycle, from initial system design and database modeling to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

• - **Collaboration & Mentorship:** Work closely with product and legal specialists to convert intricate requirements into technical implementations, while offering guidance and conducting code reviews for the engineering team.

• - **Product Excellence:** Take charge of system integrity by leading triage, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure the platform remains resilient as it scales globally.

⛳️ Requirements

• - **5+ years** of professional experience in fullstack software engineering.

• - Expert proficiency in **TypeScript**, **React**, and **Node.js**.

• - Demonstrated experience with **AI/LLM integrations** and developing features that utilize generative models.

• - Practical experience with **n8n** (or comparable low-code/no-code orchestration tools) for intricate workflow automation.

• - Solid foundation in database management and API design.

• - Advanced verbal and written proficiency in **English**.

• - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate vague requirements in a high-paced environment.
