• Assist your team in the continual development and reimplementation of systems for the issuance and invalidation of event tickets, including their dispatch.
• Conceptualize and develop new features: from analyzing requirements to implementing individual development stages.
• Make pragmatic, solution-oriented, and economically viable trade-offs between innovative ideas and optimal software architecture.
• Assume responsibility for process monitoring, particularly concentrating on scalability.
• Engage in some operations (DevOps) tasks in collaboration with our two administrators.
• Adhere to the motto “you built it, you run it”; with support from our core team, we leverage the benefits of NestJS in the backend and React in the frontend.
• You thrive in agile teams and work in a self-directed, responsible manner.
• You possess experience with distributed systems.
• You are knowledgeable about frontend, backend, infrastructure, and database layers.
• You have several years of professional experience with Node.js and are skilled in JavaScript (preferably TypeScript).
• You pay attention to clean architectures and interfaces (APIs).
• You enhance your work through unit tests and related practices, using Git to maintain synchronization with your team.
• You have a curious mindset and are willing to learn new programming languages, technologies, and methods.
• You are fluent in English and possess a good command of German (at least B2 level).
• Familiarity with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) or AWS is an advantage.
