Senior Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold software platforms and infrastructures that cater to various engineering teams;

• Design, implement, and enhance CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and quality in delivery processes;

• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance, and secure fullstack solutions;

• Collaborate closely with product teams to grasp requirements and determine technical solutions;

• Develop and refine automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, and security);

• Streamline operational processes and development workflows to boost productivity and reduce costs;

• Monitor systems and platforms, analyzing metrics, SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs, while recommending continuous improvements;

• Operate with a holistic perspective, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities within the technology ecosystem;

• Offer technical support to the team, advocating for best practices, standardization, and professional growth;

• Assess and suggest technical solutions that align with strategic objectives, OKRs, and KPIs;

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Fullstack Developer — JavaScript and TypeScript;

• Familiarity with Java is a plus;

• Experience at the intersection of development and operations (DevOps);

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evolving CI/CD pipelines;

• Knowledge of test automation (unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, and security);

• Experience with scalable, secure, and sustainable software architecture;

• Understanding of observability, monitoring, and analysis of system metrics;

• Ability to operate with a systemic perspective and make cost-benefit-oriented decisions;

• Experience in developing internal tools and engineering platforms;

• Capability to work strategically and collaboratively with product and engineering teams;
