Senior Fullstack AI Developer, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and create backend services utilizing RAG architectures to provide intelligent and context-sensitive responses.

• Develop and enhance integrations with LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock) to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Create modern user interfaces using React and TypeScript.

• Develop Python-based APIs and microservices deployed through AWS Lambda (Serverless Framework) and support Node.js services as required.

• Work with and integrate various data sources, such as PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and DynamoDB.

• Collaborate with frontend, data, and DevOps teams to facilitate the smooth deployment and integration of AI-driven features.

• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance enhancements for AI pipelines and services (e.g., CloudWatch).

• Uphold security best practices for data management, authentication, and API utilization.

• Continuously assess and suggest new AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building production-level web applications.

• Extensive experience in AI/LLM development, particularly with APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock.

• Proven proficiency in prompt engineering, RAG systems, context management, and cost optimization.

• Strong backend development capabilities in Python, including API design, distributed systems, and serverless architectures.

• Practical experience with the AWS ecosystem (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc.).

• Experience with React and TypeScript on the frontend.

• Solid expertise with databases: PostgreSQL, Snowflake, DynamoDB.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Comfortable with pair programming and collaborative development efforts.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
