📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team of developers to create AI-Driven Automation tools aimed at enhancing contact centers.

• Partner with our Artificial Intelligence specialists to improve our product offerings.

• Operate in a dynamic, agile software development setting.

• Design applications that connect with various systems (web, desktop, telephony, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience across diverse technologies.

• Proficient in Typescript or a comparable typed language (C#, Java, etc.).

• Experience with Object-Relational Mapping, specifically with Entity Framework is essential.

• Familiarity with databases such as MS SQL or Postgres and advanced knowledge of T-SQL.

• Strong background in software architecture and design using contemporary techniques.

• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to translate them into user-friendly interfaces.

• Extensive knowledge of web technologies (Asp.net, CSS, Javascript, JQuery or desktop application stacks), with a focus on UI/UX best practices for creating responsive and engaging experiences.

• Experience with Vue.js or similar JavaScript frameworks.

• Proven track record of integrating AI/ML models (e.g., LLMs, RAG, speech-to-text) to enhance core product functionalities.

• Skilled in designing and implementing scalable automation solutions, including browser extensions or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

• Proficiency in desktop application frameworks (e.g., Electron), capable of performance optimization and forensic analysis for issues like memory leaks.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.

• Experience with automated testing (Unit testing, Selenium, etc.).

• Built and consumed web services.

• Familiarity or experience in an agile development environment.

• Understanding or experience with automated continuous deployment strategies.

• Experience collaborating within a team, mentoring, and empowering fellow developers.
