• Design and create front-end solutions based on React alongside supporting microservices.
• Work closely with product and business teams to rapidly iterate on UI features and functionalities.
• Actively investigate new technologies to improve our front-end stack and cloud deployment strategies.
• Advocate for user experience, code quality, and optimal front-end performance.
• Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Influence product strategy through design contributions, roadmap discussions, and technical innovations.
• Suggest contemporary solutions to intricate business challenges utilizing the latest React and .NET technologies.
• 5-7+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on React (minimum 2 years of experience) and C#/.NET Core.
• Demonstrated capability to create high-volume, low-latency services and user-friendly front-end experiences.
• Proficient in React UI and contemporary JavaScript frameworks; experience with micro frontends and BFF architecture is advantageous.
• Solid grasp of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience in designing for security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, APIs, and microservices.
• Agile development experience (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with product and technical teams to convert requirements into efficient, scalable solutions.
• Experience with building cloud-based solutions, ideally on Azure.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Preferred: Experience with life sciences or healthcare data.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher (English is the primary language used in the company).
