Senior Full-Stack Developer – Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee software development projects from initial concept through to implementation and delivery.

• Actively engage in architectural and software modeling decisions concerning both Monoliths and Microservices.

• Develop and maintain code using Python and React, prioritizing scalability, security, and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and sustain innovative solutions.

• Contribute to establishing development best practices and design patterns.

• Perform code reviews while offering technical guidance, mentoring, and supporting team members' growth.

• Stay informed about technology trends and advocate for the adoption of new technologies and best practices.

• Engage in code refactoring and optimize SQL queries.

• Create code capable of managing large data volumes.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and implement automated testing.

• Prior experience in developing highly complex systems.

• Proven track record in product conception.

• Ability to build solutions in incremental phases.

• Strong proficiency in Python and the React framework.

• Experience with Docker.

• Familiarity with relational databases.

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

• Experience with automated testing, including unit and integration tests.

• Background in code and system design and architecture.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to identify and promote the use of new technologies.

• Experience in providing technical leadership on projects.

• Capacity to thrive in ambiguous situations.

• Strong aptitude for sharing technical knowledge and mentoring team members.

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
